I had been accepted into the open beta for Tekken 8 that took place in the summer and had played online matches with most of the available roster. Overall, Tekken 8 emerges as a leader among the trio of fighting game sequels that released in ’23-’24.
In my opinion, we’re all just one step closer to a live action Futurama, with someone really biting some shiny metal ass in their bedroom
The Rock fought for this character, and it came to life in front of our eyes, thanks to CGI and a WB’s huge marketing budget. We appreciative his efforts, but it’s going to take more than Stardom and a heavy budget to promote DC’s Iconic superheroes to Billion-dollar status. (Pic From WB Twitter)
R.I.P Batgirl, you were a real one. Latin Representation matters, on all fronts, stream and the big screen.
For this piece, I specifically wanted to focus on some of the more unsung superheroes in the visual media industry.
Being a good ally doesn’t have a clear path. The only way to be a good ally is to be willing to learn, and open to unlearning some of the harmful things that may be instilled in you. It is a journey of development and growth that doesn’t have a finish line. There is no perfect ally, just like there isn’t a perfect person….
I like the ‘WAP’ Song….Yet Some Don’t…Let It Go…..
It was fun to watch the back to back trailers and to just take in all the graphical enhancements and artistry behind the games, but it also would of been able to get a price tag as well…
The PlayStation 5 is leading the way in the Ninth Generation of gaming consoles and as Sony unveiled their earliest lineup of games for their new system and as the console’s physical appearance and lineup looks great….should we believe the hype that comes with it?
America Needs to be saved…..Now!!!
This MCU has lost some key heroes over the past decade. Now imagine being able to get them back from an alternate reality? Or getting to see gender swapped versions of our heroes? Or seeing versions that have taken different paths in life? The possibilities are (literally) endless. With Marvel comics playing around recently with the "What If" stories, we may be able to get a chance to see them….
A lot of controversy is surrounding Jay-Z and his partnership with the NFL. As people, both far and wide are picking sides in this dilemma, I’m choosing a more structured approach in this; Jay-Z, in Trump America, is making a move unprecedented in NFL history….An African-American is taking control of the Super Bowl’s halftime show and I can’t wait to see what the message will be for the 2019-2020 football season. All I can say is…Heavy is the Crown Jay-Z, Heavy is the Crown!!! Good Luck!!!
Since the 1990s, anime has experienced a meteoric rise in popularity here in the United States. It’s influenced our media and created a whole new subculture within film and animation fans. However, Anime has not successfully translated to live action movies successfully…until now! With the emergence of Alita: Battle Angel, its possible that Hollywood might have finally found the golden ticket…
Curiosity led me here. Driven by hunger and alcohol, I walked into Mexico and I left a true believer in the mighty Tequila…but on a budget!!! I introduce to you, El Toro Loco in Bloomfield, NJ!!!
New York Comic Con has gone through some changes since I’ve been going such as an increase in security, increased ticket prices, as well as a more stringent process to buy tickets. However it still remains the same nerdy convention I have loved to go since I was thirteen. It wasn’t long after that it would be a given that I would go to New York Comic Con. It had become my own little holiday and I couldn’t wait to celebrate it.
Friday is usually the second busiest day of NYCC as more and more people decide to take a day off from work and relive their pop culture dreams. As for me, Friday was an even more meaningful experience as I was selected by Funko to participate in the ‘NYCC Exclusives’ lottery this year. It was here, around 11 AM that my Comic-Con journey began… for I was a ‘Funko-Mule’
